Finding the right staff for a customer care centre can be a harrowing task!  This challenge, coupled with the need for casual staff to assist in peak times brought well known IT company, Harris Technology to Staffing in search of a solution  With recruitment services that cover traditional temp and recruitment along with offering temp – perm flexibility, Staffing provided the staff that got the desired results.

Harris Technology approached Staffing with just such a need. They required temporary staff for their Customer Care centres in North Ryde, New South Wales and Hawthorn, Victoria in November of 2006.  

Due to the demands of the position, Harris Technology required candidates with experience in customer care/call centre and a background in IT. Staffing was able to source these experienced staff through a combination of searching Staffing’s extensive database and going to market with the role.

Staffing’s work with Harris Technology started off as a one month assignment for both states and was eventually extended in total to be a seven month temp assignment in Victoria and 9 months worth of work in New South Wales.  The assignment was a success, with staff receiving glowing reports from Harris Technology. Staffing understands that the needs of our clients may change whilst a candidate is still onsite. We works with these alterations as needed and assist our clients wherever possible.
