About the role - Property Accountant As Property Accountant your key responsibility is to handle the full-cycle accounting for a real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for providing high level financial reporting and analysis for the assigned Property Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include the following Review financial reportsMonthly Management Report Cash Flow Management Percentage Rent Calculation Review and assist with income and expenditure budget preparation Review and assist with Business Plan Preparation Manage Property and Trust Account related audit requirements Handle outgoing recoveries related queries Owners ad hoc requests Due Diligence Process improvement Mentor and support junior accounting staff Balance sheet reconciliation Income, outgoing recoveries and tenant contribution reconciliation Income and expenditure forecast (Centre operation and Marketing Fund) GST reconciliation Review cash book reconciliation This is a role that you would be able to take full ownership of and make your own.
