We are currently seeking a talented individual to develop a unique and consistent tone of voice for the Leina & Fleur brand which is in-line with our brand positioning, customer needs and industry trends. 

Reporting to the Social Media Marketing & PR Manager, the Social Content & Community Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of social channel execution and community interactions.

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and energetic candidate, to join our collaborative team.

A strong understanding of all social channels, ability to work under pressure and a passion for growing communities, along with the ability to create content – both visually and creatively written, will be key to success within the role. Intermediate Adobe Photoshop graphics ability is paramount.

Key Responsibilities will include;

·       Day to day management of owned social channels, including management of the Weekly Social Content Calendar

·       Social content asset creation and coordination

·       Assisting in the management of identifying new and upcoming content creators and channels

·       Working with the SM Marketing & PR Manager to create and implement Community development strategies

·       Develop and execute strategies with local social channels, influencers and content creators

·       Building relationships with local community members, upcoming content creators and brand partners

·       Engaging with the community to respond to questions and issues where appropriate, reporting issues or concerns with local team members, as well as suggesting actions and responses.

·       Weekly reporting of social channel performance and community sentiment

·       Content creation – including blog and associated imagery

·       Liaising with SM Marketing & PR Manager to ensure all social and community aspects of their campaigns are executed

·       Additional related duties as directed by the SM Marketing & PR Manager, Creative Director and CEO

Your Ideal Knowledge/Skills/Characteristics required:

·       Knowledge and a passion of cross-media advertising, social media and web marketing

·       Knowledge of the online marketing landscape, key channels and an overview as to where the industry is going

·       Ultra-organised and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment

·       Receptive to changing priorities, feedback and direction

·       Great attention to detail with a positive attitude and initiative with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done

·       Great people skills

·       Creative and curious by nature with the ability to turn ideas in to real business opportunities

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Experience with social media reporting

·       Proficient computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

·       Basic HTML editing proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

·       2 years minimum in a similar position

·       Experience in the fashion industry would be highly regarded

·       Relevant tertiary qualifications are not necessary but  highly advantageous
