My client is a multi-award winning PR, Social Media and Influencer agency, they have continued to go from strength to strength, growing in size and working with some of the world’s biggest and best brands across Entertainment, FMCG, Tourism, Alcohol and Telco, to the extent that now they operate on an International level.

About the Role:
I am looking for an ambitious go-getter to join my clients growing team. The role will sit within PR team and you will work on several clients across different consumer industries, this is a 6-9 month Maternity leave contract.

You should have proven experience in big brand management, you will be confident in leading meetings in an Integrated Marketing Campaign formats and be experienced in running your own team successfully.

You will be confident to act as the day to day point person across your range of dedicated clients, including – new business (plan writing through to pitching), team management, campaign implementation and staff development. You will report directly into the Managing Director and have a team below them consisting of; Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives (and where appropriate an Account Coordinator).

You will have proven success on multi-national clients (ideally across ANZ but not a necessity) and will have a results-driven state of mind.

Your experience will ideally span a range of consumer-based industries and campaign experience will span both traditional and social media.

Attention to detail, a strong leader and an amazing ability to present and sell back results are a must. You’ll be passionate about consumer and social PR and willing to push your clients to try new and innovative ideas.

About the Role 
  • Looking for campaign creative and brand specialist with strong advertising experience to drive creative excellence from our contracted creative agency, in order to engage and encourage covid safe behaviour in NSW.
  • You will be have experience managing creative delivery (internal or external teams) on fast moving and dynamic campaigns. You will be a team player and enjoy working in fast paced deadline driven environments.
  • You will be required to oversee the NSW Government campaign branding, drive excellence in all creative executions (technical and artistic), manage production workflows and stakeholder approvals, and report on performance
  • Constantly being on top of all moving parts of the campaign, working with internal teams covering other streams of the campaign and managing stakeholders will be key aspects of the role.
About You 
  • You will have minimum 5 years experience working on large scale paid advertising campaigns all available channels including broadcast, out of home, social and digital.
  • You should be a team player and enjoy working in fast paced deadline driven environments.
  • This is an all-of-government campaign so engaging and influencing government stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the campaign is key component of the role.
  • Experience working on government advertising is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Please note this role has no creative autonomy and is not required to create ideas or concepts, focused on the overall delivery
