Job Description

FRG Technology Consulting is partnered with a multiple award-winning Agency based in the South East Subs of Melbourne. They are looking for a Performane Account Director who has a strong understanding of Paid marketing Channels, Paid Search & Paid Social primarily with some knowledge of Content & programmatic display is a bonus.

With Offices both in Sydney and Melbourne, the overall company has around 90+ employees compromising of Digital Strategist, PR consultants, Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Specialist, Account Managers & Directors, Performance marketing Specialist, Media Buyers, and the Top management

The majority of their clients are TopTier 1 client and a few Tier 2 clients based in Australia / NZ


Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining client relationships - liaising, deliverables, and managing expectations
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients and a go-to person for helping them with their business issues
  • Account Management experience with a strong focus on Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic & Display Marketing.
  • Planning, creating, and implementing media campaigns on the main social media networks with appropriate audience targeting.
  • Develop customer acquisition campaigns across key digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin display, and re-targeting)
  • Manage all media negotiations, planning, tracking, strategy, and reporting for both B2C & B2B clients

What are we looking for

  • Strategic planning capabilities and a good understanding of media fundamentals.
  • You understand reporting metrics: traffic, conversions, CPA, CPC for different channels.
  • You know your way around a broad range of Media Channels, with expertise in Social and Google. Some experience in CRMs and exposure to analytics tools would also be great.
  • Strong Client-facing communication & presentation skills dealing with Tier-1 clients in Aus OR NZ
  • Proven experience to Develop and execute campaign plans, managing timelines and project plans
  • Proven experience working in an Agency Environment

What you’ll do

As a Sky Producer, your role will be to deliver live racing and program coverage for both racing and programs.

  • Daily line production of racing & programs (including any pre/postproduction) for Sky Racing to ensure consistently high-quality coverage.
  • Direct, and at times edit, pre/postproduction elements required for race day preview programs and live racing.
  • Plan race day requirements such as live trackside hosting, news crosses and stories.
  • Work with the Channel Managers regarding TAB crosses into live racing and rosters for producers and presenters.
  • Liaise with graphic designers, presenters, and studio crews to ensure an effective, efficient, accurate and entertaining on-air production.

  • Support the Area Marketing Manager to reconcile the business unit campaign budget
  • Maintain the quality and relevance of all marketing communication messages to customers, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to SAI Global marketing process and audit control processes.

Duties:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaign activity including where required:
    • Events
    • Sponsorships
    • Campaign planning
    • Preparing marketing briefs
    • Liaising with marketing agencies on the execution of campaign activity
    • Copywriting and design
    • Market research
    • Preparation of collateral
    • Database use and maintenance
    • Liaison and coordination with external parties including service providers, industry bodies and affiliate organisations
    • Routine administration, eg marketing information distribution
    • Liaise with technical staff
    • Social media monitoring and discussion setting
    • Paid search campaigns
    • Website content management
    • Development of email marketing campaigns

  • Measure campaign results and effectiveness and report back to the business.
  • Comply with quality managements processes and procedures
  • Collaborate and establish effective relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to: Global Brand and Creative Services, Marketing Strategy roles, external agencies and commercial sales teams members in sales, technical and operations
  • Ensure that your activities of the marketing team comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and obligations, ethical standards and the company brand and core values

Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Communications or Marketing

Work Experience Required:

  • Experience delivering direct marketing campaign activity using a variety of digital channels
  • Experience in a direct marketing organisation or agency where you have had exposure to working with data for analytical and targeting purposes.
  • Experience in marketing for an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in Paid Search marketing
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications with at least 3 years B2B marketing communications experience
  • Demonstrated experience in hands on execution and measurement of marketing communications campaigns
  • Exceptional project, time management and stakeholder management skills with strong reporting and budgeting capability
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Flexible, proactive and an enthusiastic team player with an unrelenting drive to deliver revenue and results
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Highly demonstrable ability to work with agencies, including highly developed briefing skills.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Welshpool on a full time basis.

You will be responsible for all marketing of the above three brands and your key duties will include;

Key duties

  • Develop, implement, maintain and review marketing strategies across all departments. Activities include online marketing, offsite vehicle displays, industry expos, direct mail campaigns, database marketing and press advertising
  • Manage website through CMS
  • Manage dealership online presence and reputation
  • Liaise with manufacturers to implement campaigns
  • Design & prepare marketing collateral
  • Book and plan all media advertising in consultation with department heads
  • Liaise with and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Criteria

  • Hold a university degree in marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 years experience in an marketing role
  • Experience in online marketing and website maintenance
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Good people skills, including the ability to interact with various people within the organisation and external stakeholders
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) will be advantageous
