Cadence Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a successful Financial Services business. The opportunity has come about due to organic growth within this organisation.

The role will include; 

  • Client Service administration 
  • Complying record of advices 
  • Arrange & coordinate documentation in advance for client meetings
  • Manage workflow to deliver to client needs in a timely manner
  • Manage and control the operational processes for internal teams including paraplanning and operations
  • Monitor client accounts & team dashboards & maintain client records to the highest standards
  • Act as the key liaison for the Financial Advisers within our professional services model, and with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist Financial Advisors to resolve client requests

To be successful in this role you'll need;

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a Financial Planning practice.
  • Working knowledge of investments & advice strategies including superannuation, retirement and cashflow modelling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience in a client facing role and providing high levels of client service
  • XPLAN experience

Salary is expected to be somewhere between $55,000 - $65,000 + super.

We are a Financial Services business in Perth and are inviting applications for the role of Receptionist.

Situated in Herdsman Business District, we require an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is professional in their presentation. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

The main focus of the role of Admin Support and Reception is to ensure all clients receive a warm welcome whether visiting our office or over the phone.  

Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate communication skills, both written and verbal and have completed Year 12 or higher.  The preferred candidate should be between the ages of 20 to 25.

The role opens the door for candidates to progress within our business to the operational side of the planning industry.

RAC Insurance has a unique opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join our Product and Sales team. Responsible for analysing and reporting on the RAC Insurance portfolio, you will be involved across all Insurance product lines, assisting in ensuring financial objectives are met.  This includes analysing and summarising current and trend financial characteristics, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.

What will you be doing?

  • Analyse, monitor and document portfolio performance, and report findings to the business
  • Monitor and document effectiveness of rate changes
  • Assist in ongoing development of pricing to enable effective pricing of RAC Insurance products
  • Identify areas of the portfolio that require attention and make recommendations for changes where necessary
  • Analyse and monitor market behaviour on a regular basis, using varied sources of information
  • Provide recommendations to the Product Managers for the ongoing development and quality of the data warehouse

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced data analytics with working understanding of analytical software ie: SAS, Micro strategy, Tableau and Power BI
  • Competent in monitoring portfolio performance with the ability to provide insights and interpret data
  • Understanding of risk factors and pricing models
  • An advanced SQL query user with proven ability to apply key data visualisation principles
  • Exposure to programming languages like Python, R and databricks platform is valued
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative in problem solving and to think laterally
  • Strength in relationship building and communicating across all levels
  • Knowledge of regulatory, legislative and industry standards relevant to RAC Insurance including Financial Services Reform Act, Code of Practice and Privacy Act advantageous
  • Relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent with emphasis in statistics or finance desirable
