The ABC is the nation's most trusted and independent source of Australian conversations, culture, and stories. With more than 4,000 employees from diverse backgrounds across more than 50 locations around Australia and overseas, we are proud to create, curate and deliver high-quality content that informs, educates, and entertains Australian communities.

The ABC is embarking on a program of significant change in the systems and processes that support its payroll services and we are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the payroll team through this change. The ABC is investing in contemporary technologies and redesigning workplace practices to drive accuracy and efficiency to benefit its current and future employees. Whether through processes, systems or fresh thinking, there is much to be achieved.

We are keen to speak with proven leaders who have successfully delivered transformational or other major workplace projects impacting processes, systems, and behaviours.
