Are you a highly experienced Luxury Retail Professional looking for your next exciting step in your career? I am currently recruiting for a Full Time Sales Associate for an exclusive Luxury Womenswear Retailer based in their new Emporium Boutique.

Your new role

This well-regarded retailer are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and sales driven Sales Representative to be an ambassador of the brand in their Emporium Boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and monitoring of all products alongside the Boutique Manager and the team. The ability to ensure that all opportunities are maximised through displaying exquisite customer service to premium, VIP clientele is also required. You will also be accountable for the achievement of your daily sales targets and K.P.I benchmarks. The ability to maintain and build upon long, lasting relationships with your clientele is also a key element to the role.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you must have previous strong experience in a similar environment and role, specifically within the Luxury Fashion Apparel Industry; womenswear experience is highly desired. You must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of retail sales policies and processes as well as an understanding of how the luxury retail sales floor operates. The ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your current and future clientele is also a key element of experience. Essentially, you must have proven success in up-market sales skills with the capability to achieve and exceed targets. Experience in luxury "Ready to Wear” is highly preferred and essential.

You will have an eye for detail and an ability to understand the customer’s needs and wants while offering a suitable Weber BBQ product, Fireplace and up selling related products.

** Available all week (Monday - Friday), Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) & Public holidays (Boxing Day and over Christmas)

To be successful you must:

  • Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Be organised and demonstrate excellent time management. 
  • Have experience in retail sales. 
  • Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
  • A hairdressing background is useful as these products are the main focus of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.
  • Picking and packing of orders, including invoicing and branch transfers.
  • Restocking shelves.
  • Promotion of our major brands.

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.
