Apply your expert leadership skills to drive improvements in student administration within the University.

We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin, we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We’re not about tradition or legacy, privilege or exclusivity. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We're about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. This is the CDU difference.

As the Associate Director Student Administration, you will be responsible to strategically lead a large team to successful outcomes within a portfolio of student-facing services including admissions, enrolments, credit/RPL, scholarships and student finance for all students. This will be a rapidly changing environment where you be testing innovative solutions to drive improvements across the prospective and current student lifecycle, using agile deployment to ensure the University is positioned to meet the changing needs of its target markets and achieve growth in student numbers.
